General Photography & Media Release

I hereby authorize 5 Star Prospects to capture and use photographs or videos taken of me or my child during the event for marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes, including but not limited to print, online, and video-based media.

I acknowledge and agree that:

My participation is voluntary, and I will not receive financial compensation for the use of these images.

I waive any claims related to privacy or confidentiality regarding these materials.

5 Star Prospects, its affiliates, employees, and third-party partners are released from any liability related to the use
